wellgentTerms of Service
These terms apply when you buy a Wellgent workshop on wellgent.ai. The contract is in English.
1. Seller
Chimplie AB runs Wellgent and sells the workshops. "We" means Chimplie AB.
2. What you buy
Each workshop's page states its date, time, place and price. You buy each workshop in one of two formats.
We aim to publish the recording and transcript the day after the session, and we publish all materials within 14 days of it. You can open them for at least 12 months after your order. You watch recordings in a web browser, and you need a free GitHub account to copy the template repositories.
The Wellgent Discord is optional and needs a Discord account. Its agent is an AI and can be wrong.
3. Price and payment
Prices are in Swedish kronor and include 25% moms, with no other fees. You pay by card through Stripe when you order.
4. Ordering
You choose workshops and formats, sign in with your email, accept these terms and pay in Stripe Checkout. You can correct your details until you pay. Your order is confirmed when the payment goes through, and we email you a confirmation with these terms. We keep a record of your order, and you can ask us for a copy.
5. Cancellation and withdrawal
A seat is for a leisure activity on a set date, so it has no right of withdrawal and we do not refund it if you cancel or do not come. You can give your seat to someone else for free until the session starts. Email us their name and email address.
You can withdraw from a Recording within 14 days of your order without giving a reason. Use the "Withdraw from contract here" link on wellgent.ai, email us, or send the form in section 10. We refund the Recording within 14 days, and your access to it ends.
A company has no right of withdrawal.
6. If we cancel or change a session
If we cancel or move a session, you choose between the new date and a full refund for that workshop. If a session ends up with no recording, we refund 100 kr, or what you paid for the Recording if that was less.
7. Recording
We record the screen and the sound in the room, and everyone who bought the workshop gets the recording and the transcript. If you speak, your voice is in them. Tell Jaros at the session if you would rather not be in the recording. The Privacy Policy explains more.
8. Use and conduct
Use the materials for your own learning and work, and do not share them with people who have not bought the workshop. The template repositories on GitHub follow the licence in each repository. We may remove anyone who disrupts a session or the Discord, without a refund.
9. Complaints and other terms
If something is not as described, email us and we will put it right. As a consumer you have the rights Swedish consumer law gives you, and nothing in these terms limits them. Toward a company, our liability is limited to the price it paid. You are responsible for how you use what you learn and for your own accounts and tools.
Swedish law applies. A consumer can take a dispute to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), arn.se.
We may change these terms for future orders. Your order follows the version you accepted.
10. Withdrawal form
To withdraw from a Recording, you can fill in and send this form by email or post.
