Privacy Policy

Chimplie AB, org.nr 559079-5604, Malmskillnadsgatan 44a, 111 57 Stockholm, Sweden, runs Wellgent and is responsible for your personal data. Email hi@wellgent.ai with any question about it.

1. What we use and why

  • Account and orders. Your email address, your name, your Discord username if you give it, and what you bought and paid. We use them to deliver your workshops and email you about them. Legal basis: our contract with you.
  • Payments and bookkeeping. Stripe handles card payments, and we never see your card number. We keep payment records because accounting law requires it. Legal basis: the contract and our legal obligation.
  • Discord. If you give your Discord username, you get access to the Wellgent Discord. Its AI agent knows which workshops you bought and reads and answers messages there. Legal basis: the contract.
  • Emails and requests. When you email us or send a tailored workshop request, we use what you send to reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you.
  • Site logs. Our hosting logs technical data such as IP addresses to keep the site working and secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working and secure site.

You need to give your email address and name to order, or we cannot deliver. The Discord username is optional.

Recordings, transcripts and tips

We record the shared screen and the sound in the room. If you speak, your voice and words are in the recording and the transcript. Everyone who bought the workshop gets them, wherever they live. We write tips from the transcript with help from AI tools, and the tips do not name participants. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in giving the session to the people who bought it.

You can object at the session or by email. We then remove your part where we can.

2. Who receives it

We use service providers for payments, hosting and storage, email, recording and transcription, AI models and accounting. Some of them process data outside the EU and EEA, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses. We share data with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your data. Email us for the list of providers or a copy of the safeguards.

3. How long we keep it

  • Your account and orders, until you ask us to delete them, or at most 24 months after your last order.
  • Accounting records, for seven years after the year they belong to.
  • Recordings and transcripts, while buyers have access to them and we use them for workshop materials.
  • Everything else, only as long as we need it for the purpose above.

4. Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, delete or move your data, to limit how we use it, or object to how we use it. Email hi@wellgent.ai, and we answer within a month. You can also complain to Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), imy.se.

5. Cookies

wellgent.ai only uses the cookies it needs to keep you signed in. It has no analytics or tracking.

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top.
